RG213 and RG214 are flexible cable, RG213 frequency up to 1 GHz and RG214 frequency and up to 10 GHz, while standard 3 GHz, both cable dimension is similar and attenuation is similar at 100 MHz to 1000 MHz. Both cable are very flexible because of the stranded conductor.
